Brief Biographical Sketch:

I've been cooking with my mother all my life, and have been trying to continue the craft here at NU. I have been exploring Asian cooking and alternative variations of it as well as Western cuisines. Watch my heritage and new home combine in new forms through molecular gastronomy!
