Brief Biographical Sketch:

I'm a graduate student at Northwestern earning my Masters in Business Administration at Kellogg.

When I'm not busy with school commitments or connecting with family and friends, I'm probably in the kitchen trying a new recipe or making an old favorite. I love getting creative with ingredients and finding simple ways to enjoy plant-forward dishes!

I originally hail from the west coast but have spent the last decade in the Midwest, including 5 years in Chicago - I love it here! My other interests include photography, music, business, environmental sustainability, and triathlons.

In this class we’ll make a delicious, flavorful autumn-inspired dish and learn some basic cooking skills and tips. And don’t worry about specialty ingredients — everything we use can be found at grocery stores this time of year.
