Brief Biographical Sketch:

I was born and raised in Chicago, and am currently working on my third degree at Northwestern. I focus on media studies, but am generally interested in culture and society. I am also very fond of teaching, and have made it my life goal to help as many people through my pedagogy as I can.

M151: Chessmaster - How to think in Chess in Splash 2012 (Mar. 31, 2012)

In this class I will go over basic openings, as well as talk about how to use Chess in your everyday life. I plan on helping students develop an understanding of how to get better at chess, as well as how to understand what playing "good" chess is. Please bring a chess board if you have one!
